So, if you've ever wondered, what do people in Michigan do during the winter time?   Here's the answer.  Constant cold and snow has a terrible affect on the brain, and after a few months of it, you start doing crazy things.  In attempt to make the most of it, Joe has started constructing things out of it.  (By the way, if you live nearby, and have a cupboard full of large, plastic, fast food cups that you want to get rid of, we take donations - it has been so cold, ours have been splitting at the seams!)
